By accessing, registering, or using the services provided by OlgonVPN, you expressly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not fully agree with any part or provision of this document, we ask that you do not access our applications or websites.
OlgonVPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) infrastructure designed exclusively to protect your privacy, ensure online anonymity, and defend your internet traffic against monitoring. We do not provide the service as a tool to hide illicit activities, but rather as a fundamental right to data security in transit.
The user agrees to use our network ethically. It is strictly forbidden to use OlgonVPN for: malware dissemination (viruses, Trojans), denial of service attacks (DDoS), phishing, massive copyright piracy, extortion, distribution of child abuse material, or any other activity penalized by international law. Violation will result in immediate and permanent banning of the Voucher without the right to a refund.
OlgonVPN activation occurs through the purchase of prepaid codes (Vouchers) via methods such as M-Pesa, USDT, or others supported. Due to the irreversible nature of issuing the cryptographic access code, all payments are considered final and non-refundable. Refunds or term extensions will only occur if it is technically proven that there was a continuous server failure of exclusive responsibility of OlgonVPN.
Although we strive to offer 99.9% uptime, VPN services may occasionally experience downtime due to scheduled maintenance, third-party data center failures, emergency security updates, or blocks imposed by local ISPs (internet service providers).
OlgonVPN and its creators shall not be liable for financial losses, lost profits, data corruption, or other indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.
